Swarna Mohan

Founder and President

Swarna’s work in Commercial Real Estate and the large client base that she has built over the years allowed her to diversify into the Syndication world.  Along with her Partners, she has been able to raise capital and acquire more than 2200 acres in the Austin and Dallas Metros. She is currently working with a Developer to Design and Obtain Permits for Master Planned Subdivisions for the acquired land parcels.

In December 2022, Swarna joined hands with another Broker to start their Real estate Brokerage “Full Circle Real Estate”. The Brokerage has grown significantly and currently has 55+ agents. Swarna’s focus has been building and growing the Commercial division by Coaching and Mentoring a team of agents and trying to win large business Opportunities for her Brokerage. 

Swarna’s work Mantras “Always see the Big picture” and “Put People First” is what she believes helped her Grow as an Entrepreneur and tries to inculcate the same in her Peers and Agents.  Deeply inspired by her grandfather and Mom who are also successful Entrepreneurs, she is always looking for ways to give back to her community and help create a positive influence in the lives of people around her.

Sivajyothi Rachumalla

Co-Founder & Vice-President

Sivajyothi Rachumalla is originally from Chicago but has been living and working in Austin, Texas, since 2013. She has a master’s degree in computer science and has worked in the real estate industry since 2019.

Before becoming a Realtor®, Sivajyothi learned a lot through her investor friends. In growing and sharing that knowledge with others, she has become extremely passionate about assisting others in developing their wealth through residential, land, and commercial real estate transactions and crowdfunding.

Sivajyothi enthusiastically helps friends and family and enjoys analyzing opportunities for growing wealth through real estate.

Hari Ravikumar

Vice-President - Operations

From an early investor in Real Estate to now, a core team member of Prosper Pulse, Hari Ravikumar has worn many different hats over the last 4 years. Today, at Prosper Pulse Capital, he leads our efforts on Finances, Syndication, Investor relations & Outreach. 

After getting his masters in EE, Hari has been living and working in Austin for the past 8 years. Hari is very passionate about learning new skills, be it learning to play Tennis and Pickleball to venturing into the world of Real Estate. Hari believes that there is a lot of good out there in the world and that it just needs to be sought for.

Prashanthinie Mohan, DrPH, MBA

Advisory Board

Prashanthinie Mohan has over 15 years of experience in consulting, financial modeling, and practice transformation. She has consulted with multiple organizations ranging from start-ups to large corporations around business transformation to achieve financial sustainability and operational efficiency.

In partnering with Swarna and Sivajyothi, Prashanthinie has served on several commercial real-estate and syndication projects in financial and business advisory capacities. Her extensive experience in the healthcare industry brings a unique “Health-in-All” perspective to Prosper Pulse’s projects.

Prashi lives in Orange County, California.
