ProsperPulse currently has several mid-large scale Residential projects ongoing in the suburbs of Austin and Dallas.. These projects include a 388-acre development in Manor, a 1400-acre development in a fast-growing suburb of Dallas, a 60-acre luxury homes community in Cedar Park, a 200-acre development with mixed-size lots in Liberty Hill and a 75-acre fourplex development in Edinburg (Rio Grande Valley).Most of these projects except the fourplex development are in the Entitlements Phase. The fourplex project is currently undergoing horizontal development.

Luxury Residential Community Development - Cedar Park
Acquired 60 acres in Cedar Park to develop an executive home community with large lots right behind Caballo Ranch in Cedar Park. This project has some premium lots that would be backing to the Brushy Creek. The entitlement process is in progress.

200 acre Residential Development - Liberty Hill
200 acre Residential Development in Liberty Hill Acquired 200 acres in Liberty Hill right behind Liberty Hill High school and Butler Farms community. Liberty Hill is one of the fastest growing suburbs in Austin. Planning for multi-size Single Family Home Lots and Fourplex lots. Currently in Entitlement Phase.

Fourplex Development - Edinburg
75-acre Fourplex Development in Edinburg Rio Grande Valley is the 5th largest Metro in Texas and also one of the fast growing metros in the entire country. Acquired 75 acres close to Highway 63 (near Russell Park). Obtained permits for 190+ fourplex lots and 8 acres of commercial. Currently in Horizontal Development Phase

1400 acre Mixed Use Development in a fast growing North-East Suburb - Dallas
Acquired 1400 acres of raw land in a fast growing North-East suburb of Dallas Metro. This would be a destination community with attractive amenities and lots of hike and bike trails. Currently in Site-Plan Phase

Luxury Business Park Development - Cedar Park
Acquired approximately 7 acres on Bell Blvd/Research Blvd, a major arterial road in Cedar Park with a traffic volume exceeding 40,000 vehicles daily. We are collaborating with the City to secure construction permits for a Class A Business Park featuring over 78,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and creative flex office condos. This project is currently in the pre-leasing phase.
